Air conditioning

We work throughout Teesside — Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Billingham and Darlington. It is the most industrial part of our patch, and a lot of the work reflects that: process cooling, control rooms and plant that has to keep running rather than simply keep people comfortable.

What we do in Teesside
Industrial and process
Control rooms, switch rooms and instrument cabinets around the Wilton and Seal Sands sites. Equipment cooling is a reliability question, so we design in redundancy and alarms rather than treating them as an upgrade.
Logistics and distribution
Large sheds around Stockton and Darlington where the useful question is what actually needs cooling. Usually offices, comms and packing stations, not the whole volume.
Coastal exposure
Hartlepool and Redcar sites get salt-laden air. Standard condenser coils corrode quickly, so we specify coated coils where the location warrants it and check them at every service.
Retail and leisure
Units across Middlesbrough town centre, Teesside Park and Darlington, generally programmed out of trading hours so the shop floor is never affected.
