What we do in Newcastle

Listed and period buildings

A great deal of central Newcastle is listed or sits in a conservation area, which changes what is possible. Outdoor units often cannot go on a street-facing elevation, and pipe routes have to work with the building rather than through it. We survey for this before quoting rather than discovering it on install day.

City-centre offices

Older converted office floors rarely have the electrical capacity their new occupier assumes. We check the incoming supply and the spare ways on the board as part of the survey, so the quote covers the power as well as the plant.

Restaurants and bars

Kitchen extract, cellar cooling and front-of-house comfort in the same building, usually with work programmed overnight so trading is not affected. Grease extract is checked against the TR19 standard your insurer will ask about.

Student and rental property
